STOP eating SEED OILS!!

Seed oils, such as canola, soybean, and sunflower oil, have been marketed as healthier alternatives to saturated fats. However, recent research suggests that these oils may not be as healthy as previously believed and may even be harmful to our health.

One of the main concerns with seed oils is their high omega-6 fatty acid content. While omega-6 fatty acids are essential to our health, excessive consumption can lead to inflammation and contribute to chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. Seed oils are also highly processed, often using chemical solvents and high heat, which can damage the fatty acids and produce harmful compounds.

Another issue with seed oils is their high levels of polyunsaturated fats, which make them unstable and prone to oxidation. When these oils are heated or exposed to light, they can produce harmful free radicals that can damage our cells and contribute to the development of chronic diseases.

Overall, while seed oils may be cheaper and more readily available than other fats, they may not be the healthiest option. To reduce your intake of these oils, try using healthier cooking fats such as coconut oil, avocado oil, or grass-fed butter.
